*Currently Hiring For Customer Care Executive & Senior Customer Executive for our Tech Support Voice Process Limited Vacancy in Night Shift.**

Job Description :
1. Will be responsible for handling outbound calls.


*Shift Timing :  10:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Night Shift)
*Working days : 6 days in a week.
*Weekly Offs : (All Sundays fixed off)


Salary : Stipend + joining bonus + Fixed Salary + Incentives. Monthly pay of from Rs. 7K-15K for freshers & for an experienced person, remuneration will depend on the discussion and candidature.
 

Desired Candidate Profile (Eligibility Criteria) :
1. Age : Minimum 18 years of age.
2. Education: Minimum 10 Qualified.
3. Must possess Excellent English Communication Skills.
4. Must be Computer Savvy.
5. Comfortable with B.P.O environment.
6. Should be comfortable for Night Shifts.
7. Can Join us as soon as possible.
8. Freshers and Domestic + International BPO exp. candidates are preffered.

Qualifications


    Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills
    Candidate with good customer service skills would be preferred
    Candidate should have 0-1 year of experience in Customer Support Voice Process.
    Prior experience in Customer Service industry will be an added advantage.
    Should be open to work in Night shifts.
    Responsible for dealing with International Clients
    Responsible for dealing with Clients’ Queries
