R121 is hiring for an IT Recruiter to join our Delivery team, a team that takes pride in being accountable for propelling our company to success. We are looking for self starters who can perform, excel, have fun, and embrace R121's fast paced gritty work environment.

What will you be doing?

• Having fun...it's a must!
• Finding, tracking down, qualifying and representing candidates to the R121 Sales team
• Rate and salary negotiation
• Leveraging different sourcing applications and tools
• Build and cultivating personal relationships
• Ensure R121's client base get the most appropriate candidates fast
• Team communication and cross department collaboration
• Learn, grow, and share market knowledge and information
• Advance and specialize in recruiting for different Information Technology Solutions
• Face to face meetings with candidates and clients in the market place
