Job Description

Qwick is a well-funded and fast-growing startup building an Inside Sales team in Phoenix. As an Inside Sales Consultant, you will engage thousands of businesses and make a difference for tens of thousands of working professionals on the Qwick platform by building the future of work.

We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. You will be responsible for developing new leads, generating Market demand, scheduling meetings for our Business Development Managers, and closing transactional business in markets across the country. 

Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
  • Understanding customers' needs and identifying new sales and channel opportunities.
  • Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
  • Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
  • Maintaining our CRM (HubSpot) with data gained from every conversation.
  • Explaining and demonstrating the unique features of Qwick’s platform and services.
  • Scheduling in-person and phone meetings for our Market teams. 
  • Maintaining strong internal relationships with our General Managers, Business Development Managers, and all members of the Qwick family.
  • Helping us build and create creative Marketing campaigns, and iterating on the fly.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED.
  • 2+ Years previous experience in an Inside Sales environment or an outbound-lead creation position.
  • A proven track-record of target achievement with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite and CRM experience preferred.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
