Job Description

We are looking for a full-time Business Coordinator to run Operations in the NYC Metro & North New Jersey area.  This role is for someone who is able to dive right in, learn a new industry/business, and build the future of work.

Role
The Business Coordinator will support supply and demand operations for the market, including:

  • Create funnel campaigns to encourage food & beverage professionals to sign up on the Qwick platform
  • Conduct in-person orientations of 10-50 people in North New Jersey, Westchester, Long Island, and surrounding areas to help onboard professionals
  • Execute creative local marketing initiatives to encourage professionals to take their first shift
  • Host food & bev professional appreciation events, to show them we care
  • Provide support to professionals  via text / email channels (Skipio, Zendesk, Intercom)
  • Assist the Operations Manager with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed
  • Grow the business by scouting prospective businesses for certain vertices
  • Input data into Hubspot (CRM)
  • Assign sequences and campaigns to certain contacts
  • Assist the Business Development Manager in ordering promotional swag, organizing events, and other administrative tasks

You must be:

  • Located in NYC Metro or North New Jersey
  • Available to work no less than 2 Saturdays per month
  • Able to travel and work remotely with success
  • Process-driven, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable with and skilled in public speaking

Ideally, you are:

  • Passionate about the food & beverage industry
  • Experienced in customer service
  • Experienced in sales
  • Are energetic when interacting with and meeting new people
