Job Description

Qwick is a well-funded and fast-growing startup, and we are looking for an entrepreneurial people-leader who has vision, drive, leadership, and direction to be our Senior Vice President of Sales. As SVP of Sales, you will create and execute sales strategy across the company, and help to build our inside sales team from scratch. Not for the faint of heart, this role will require true grit, experience, and a willingness to build high-performing, happy, motivated sales teams as we engage thousands of businesses, and make a difference for hundreds of thousands of working professionals on the Qwick platform.

The SVP of Sales will be responsible for creating / executing the sales strategy for the company, and build / lead an inside sales team, including:

  • Create a culture of success and ongoing goal achievement
  • Leading the sales strategy for the organization
  • Hiring a team of superstar SDRs and AEs and mentoring them to success
  • Coordinating with Marketing to ensure leads are quickly responded to and are relevant to the business
  • Coordinating with Local Operations to pass off leads that are better suited for a localized approach
  • Build sales metrics and hold the company accountable to growth
  • Be a servant leader to the team

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

  • Confidence and capability to close deals with complete autonomy
  • Build / sustain a culture of people who love love love coming into work everyday (high EQ)
  • Humility - diving in to help
  • Listen and use client feedback to improve customer experience by spearheading new ideas to Ops / Product / Engineering teams
  • Innovate from the ground up by learning from clients / experimenting / implementing
  • 6-10 years Sales Management experience (example backgrounds include VP Sales, VP of Operations, or other people and sales leadership roles etc.)
