Qwick is a well-funded and fast-growing startup looking for a full time VP of Product who will be responsible for leading a team of product managers and will be responsible for hands on project management work associated with the successful and timely completion of technology dependent projects. We're seeking an individual who is skilled in delivering best practice product management working with cross-functional teams to deliver project requirements and manage stakeholder expectations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the product roadmap and vision to create amazing, customer-centric, industry-changing, technology-enabled solutions
• Allocate our most precious resource - engineering time - to our biggest opportunities
• Drive the development and delivery of technical products and solutions for our customers
• Ensure tight alignment of activities and collaboration across teams through cross-functional planning and regular communications
• Listen and consider feedback from a variety of sources: Internal Stakeholders (Eng, Sales, Ops, Marketing, etc.) & External Stakeholders (Businesses and Professionals)
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously across web, mobile, internal tools, etc.
• Coach and mentor team to discover and implement improved ways of collaborating and developing into high-performing, self organizing teams

• 5-7 years of managing Product Managers/Project Managers
• Must have demonstrated Product Management / leadership abilities in previous roles
• Experience working with designers, tech teams to design and iterate on products.
• Experience with all stages of the product life cycle.
• Must be creative, strategic, analytical, and think out of the box to solve problems.
• Strong project management and time management skills.
• Good Interpersonal skills with keen ability to explain complex concepts to audiences.
