Qwick is a well-funded and fast-growing startup looking for an experienced and motivated Recruiting Coordinator the join our HR team! As the Recruiting Coordinator at our Company, you’ll be responsible for finding, attracting, sourcing and providing the highest level of candidate experience while fulfilling Qwick’s hiring needs.

  • Assist with recruitment logistics, including interview scheduling and coordination.

  • Develop strategies and goals to streamline the recruitment process.

  • Sourcing and identifying active and passive candidates that meet current and future hiring needs

  • Actively phone screen candidates to identify high quality candidates for open requisitions.

  • Represent Qwick at University recruiting events

  • Upkeep of all job boards, including posting, removal, and editing.

  • Maintain regular contact with hiring managers 

  • Demonstrate attention to detail in all aspects of the position.

  • Obsess about candidate experience and keep candidates informed with quality communications throughout the interview process

  • Maintain an up to date applicant tracking system

 

Qualifications

  • 1-2 year experience in recruiting or other HR related role

  • Passionate about the recruitment process and finding talent

  • Positive attitude and curiosity

  • Experience at a high growth start-up

  • Empathy and caring about people to ensure a great candidate experience

  • Meticulous attention to detail

  • Process driven and always looking to make improvements

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and balancing multiple priorities

  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking Systems (SmartRecruiters  preferred)
