Job Description

  • Participate actively in Commercial and Supply Chain Systems projects providing solution, processes and application expertise from requirements/design through to implementation
  • Ensure design fits with current requirements and future business direction
  • Be an enabler for business process improvement through developing strong business partnerships and defining Information Systems solutions to business problems
  • Lead business process evaluation/improvement activities, requirements gathering, system analysis, system design with the objective of attaining value adding, cost effective solutions
  • Ensure timely issue identification, resolution and appropriate escalation
  • Provide Applications Support expertise to effectively support and maintain the ERP and CRM systems
  • System ownership/administration of our CRM system
  • Coordinate and execute unit, functional, integration and solution acceptance testing
  • Act as a liaison between suppliers, internal project team, internal management, and customer project teams and management
  • Manage and lead delivery of technical components and coordinate and communicate status, issues and delivery plan


  • Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent with minimum 5 years in a similar role
  • Experience in project roll-out, preparing test plans, training documents and conducting UAT in an Agile environment
  • Experience in Software installation, configuration, development and deployment of Oracle E-Business Suite ERP and/or Salesforce CRM
  • Understanding of key Commercial processes (Sales, Service, Order to cash, 3PL systems integration, field Service) to develop and execute the Commercial Systems Software Strategies
  • Experience integrating data and transactions to and from ERP and CRM systems
  • Software verification and validation in a GxP environment
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple, competing, high-priority projects/support activities with varying deadlines
  • Strong customer and results orientation
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and respond flexibly
  • Team player and effective communicator
