Job Description

The Maintenance & Calibration Technician will be responsible for equipment both in the production area and Quality control lab.

  • Support manufacturing operates to achieve planned quality and output targets
  • Pilot and monitor Maintenance & Calibration indicators
  • Maintain and calibrate equipment, in accordance with agreed procedures, ensuring equipment is operating correctly per qualified process
  • Maintain accurate and legible records to ensure relevant laboratory documentation is kept in a satisfactory condition
  • Perform and progress, under the direction of a supervisor or engineer, a range of skilled/complex tasks within manufacturing departments, utilizing acquired knowledge, experience and/or qualifications
  • Check, control and maintain work environments according to the requirements of GMP and relevant Health and
  • Safety policies contributing to the maintenance of agreed standard
  • Conduct all duties in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP),Good Documentation Practice (GDP) and appropriate regulatory requirements
  • The role may requires working on shifts
  • You will join the engineering on call team (24 hours rotation)

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in cleanroom operations providing technical support
  • Good experience within a GMP production environment
  • Minimum CFC or equivalent in Mechanics or related disciplines (Electrician Operation Training, OIB, article 13)
  • Good technical writing to document Maintenance & Calibration procedures
  • Ability to interface with a production semi-automated equipment
  • Fluent in French and working knowledge of English (ability to communicate and read)
