The mission of the QuoteCenter product team is to radically reimagine the shopping experience at Home Depot utilizing the latest web technologies and data tools. We are searching for a Business Intelligence Architect who is passionate about open source technologies and how to leverage them in our data rich environment (thousands of users, millions of customers, billions in sales). The goal of your efforts is to design and build out the next stage in our data journey.

• Experience designing, implementing, administering and documenting tools and processes for data procurement.
• Experience designing, implementing, administering and documenting tabular and multidimensional structures for ad hoc data access, scheduled reporting, statistical, predictive, notification and forecasting.
  
• Demonstrated prior success owning strategies for governance and security of analytics data and processes.
  
• Experience leading and mentoring DW/BI developer(s).
  
• Ability to own and maintain our current world and be the key player in getting us to the next.
• Recent work experience with one or more of the following: Hadoop, Spark, Storm, Kafka, R, Python ... you help us decide what we’re missing.
• Experience with Windows Server, Ubuntu (or other) Linux
  
• Early career experience with SQL Server (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS), Tableau Server/Client, Excel/PowerPoint

• A positive, team-oriented attitude… someone who is willing to work in a fast-paced environment that is always in the process of change.
  
• Applicable experience on data warehousing and business intelligence teams.
• An insatiable thirst for learning technologies and improving yourself and our organization.
