Our Intelligence Operation Team analyzes the current and future cyber threat landscape to disseminate timely and accurate tactical/operational/strategic intelligence to external customers and industry peers. The 15-member team is distributed across Germany, Italy, Spain, and the US and its members come from both the private cyber security and defense sectors.

• Manage and mentor a team of junior & senior CTI analysts
• Provide guidance as a Subject Matter Expert
• Responsible for client deliverables and maintaining KPIs for the Monitoring Service (i.e. brand abuse alerts, RFI completion, vulnerability alerting, and more) maintaining a high level of quality assurance. 
• Research and report on cyber threats that are potential risks to clients
• Partner with internal teams to constantly mature our CTI life cycle
• Maintain current knowledge on the voluminous amount and types of cyber threats that are developed daily and keep up to date with the latest IT security trends

• Develop tactical and strategic Cyber Threat intelligence (CTI) solutions for internal and external customers
• Create and present compelling virtual and digital briefings to relay relevant cyber threat information to technical and non-technical clients supporting computer network defense
• Identify gaps in procedural documentation and ensure the completion of said documentation 

• 3+ years of experience in managing cybersecurity operations teams (e.g. SOC, Cyber Intelligence, Fraud, etc)
• 5+ years hands on security experience with exposure to cyber threat intelligence
• Expertise leveraging analytical frameworks like the Lockheed Martin Cyber Kill Chain and MITRE ATT&CK
• Experience tracking, profiling, and prioritizing threat actor groups
• Strong understanding of tactics, techniques, and procedures associated with advanced threats and the ability to develop relevant alerting and countermeasures
• Experience using and integrating open-source tools into the CTI life cycle
• You are a good people manager, who is able to lead and develop a geographically distributed technical team 
• You are an excellent communicator, able to efficiently interact with customer and internal incident response teams as well as senior leadership
• EU Citizen or current holder of permanent work permit for Germany/Italy/Spain and willing to be based in Germany/Italy/Spain.

• We review assessments and invite the top 20% candidates to a deeper Interview
• We schedule the top 2-3 candidates with our Chief Delivery Officer for final interview
