HRIS is looking for a consultant who has a deep understanding of Success Factors and SAP HCM modules as well as Job Profile Builder. The first part of this role will be Data verification between SAP and SF, then processing the data from SAP to SF.

This is a 6-week assignment initially with the possibility to extend further.

Must have Working knowledge of:

1.SAP HCM Job Family, Job Code, and Position. Relationships with each other as well.

2.SAP HCM Tcodes such as PP01, SE16, PA20, PPOSE

a. PP01 – Create / update / delete all SAP organizational structure elements (objects)

b. SE16 – table dump of

3.SAP HCM records such as HRP1000, HRP1001

4.SuccessFactors (SF) Job Profile Builder

5.SF Job Profile

6.SF Job Profile Content

7.SF Job Profile Import/Export

8.Excel functions such as VLookup / Pivot tables / Count If

9.Able to document procedures – step by step process in Word
