Job Description
In this key leadership role, you will oversee critical functions that enhance salesforce efficiency and productivity, including AET, Engineering, Project Management and IT. Reporting to the President and collaborating with the Senior Executive Vice President of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in guiding strategic decisions by evaluating growth opportunities and risks.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Operations
- Develop and implement strategies for Sales Ops, AET, Engineering, Project Management, and IT, establishing policies that enhance the Sales Operations framework.
- Oversee sales operations processes, including order validation, pricing, contract management, and bidding.
- Serve as the primary support for the sales team.
- Align initiatives with organizational planning to maintain operational cohesion.
- Optimize the corporate CSI system to improve salesforce productivity and efficiency.
- Lead weekly forecast reviews with the Sales team to ensure alignment and accuracy.
- Hold regular manager meetings to update on Sales & Operations initiatives.
- Collaborate with Sales and leadership teams on executive management presentations.
- Work cross-functionally to remove operational barriers and ensure seamless departmental execution.
AET
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define product requirements that align with business objectives.
- Assist in developing and implementing workflows, processes, metrics, and delivery targets.
- Ensure the AET department meets project deadlines within the defined scope.
- Provide guidance to the AET department to ensure both operational and technical excellence.
Engineering
- Oversee budget management and resource allocation for engineering projects, prioritizing strategic investments in automation technologies and innovative practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced engineering solutions into business development and customer service, enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all engineering projects and initiatives align with the organization's policies and objectives.
Project Management
- Supervise and support the execution of major projects.
- Assist the Project Management Director in day-to-day operations.
- Prepare and maintain issue logs to track the resolution and completion of outstanding matters.
- Monitor all aspects of the design development process to ensure alignment with the project's approved scope, schedule, and budget.
Information Technology
- Collaborate with Director of Information Technology to ensure technological needs within the company are met, providing efficient and effective technical support services.
Marketing
- Digital Marketing
- Managing strategic approach and execution of various digital marketing and analytic platforms.
- Oversee search engine marketing and optimization.
- Content marketing strategy and execution (brochures, cut sheets, sales support materials, etc.).
- Public Relations.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in Sales and/or Sales Operations.
- 5+ years of management or leadership experience in one or more key areas of responsibility.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Deep experience in implementing sales technologies and methodologies.
- Expertise in building data models that generate actionable insights.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong empathy and ability to relate to all levels of a sales organization.
- MBA preferred.

- Effective communicator who delivers clear, direct messages and is open to feedback.
- Ability to articulate ideas in an accessible manner to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to navigate the fast-paced, high-demand environment of field sales.
