Overview

Seeking an experienced Global FF&E Supply Chain Manager to join a growing and dynamic team. Metro NY preferred, but remote will be considered. As the Global FF&E Supply Chain Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring seamless coordination, efficiency, and excellence in the delivery of FF&E solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in supply chain management, global logistics, and a deep understanding of the hospitality and residential B2B industry.

Job Responsibilities
 

  •  Strategic Planning:
    •  Develop and implement a comprehensive global supply chain strategy aligned with company objectives.
    •  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain initiatives with overall business goals.
  •  Supplier Management:
    •  Identify and evaluate global FF&E suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and agreements.
    •  Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
  •  Logistics and Distribution:
    •  Oversee international logistics, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation of FF&E products.
    •  Collaborate with logistics partners to optimize distribution networks and minimize lead times.
  •  Inventory Management:
    •  Implement efficient inventory control measures to minimize carrying costs while meeting customer demands.
    •  Develop and execute inventory replenishment strategies to ensure product availability.
  •  Quality Assurance:
    •  Establish and maintain rigorous quality control processes to uphold product standards.
    •  Collaborate with suppliers to implement continuous improvement initiatives for product quality.
  •  Cost Optimization:
    •  Identify opportunities for cost reduction within the supply chain without compromising quality or service.
    •  Implement cost-effective measures and monitor key performance indicators.

 

Qualifications

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

 

  •  Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  •  Min 7+ years of experience in FF&E supply chain management with a focus on the hospitality and residential B2B industry.
  •  Strong working knowledge of international, federal, state and local laws and regulations affecting the procurement of FF&E products
  •  Proven track record of successfully managing global supply chain operations.
  •  Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  •  Proficiency in supply chain software and ERP systems.
