We work with clients including financial institutions, social media platforms, and large online retailers to provide relevant, actionable open-source intelligence gathered from social media and both clear and dark web sources to help our clients understand, evaluate, and reduce risks. 

Job Description

The Manager, Intelligence and Analysis oversees a team or multiple teams of Intelligence Analysts and is responsible for providing open source cyber intelligence to clients, based on collection topics and strategies determined to be most relevant to individual client brand(s). 

Responsibilities:

  • You manage the day-to-day activities of assigned team(s), including delegating tasks to team members, developing and implementing a timeline to achieve team goals, and organizing and reviewing team output.
  • You contribute to team performance by developing intelligence reports and training, coaching, and mentoring team members.
  • You identify potential threats, determine levels of risk, and produce actionable intelligence reports for a variety of audiences
  • You serve as the primary point of contact to assigned DarkTower client(s).
  • You communicate regular project updates to internal and external stakeholders through outstanding verbal and written communication.
  • You assist in business development efforts as needed, by providing demonstrations of tools, capabilities, and analysis.
  • You contribute your thoughts and ideas to internal continuous improvement processes.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and acumen

  • At least four (4) years of experience as an Intelligence Analyst

  • Proven analytical and report writing skills

  • Outstanding problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable speaking technically with analysts and strategically with senior executives

  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills

  • Able to manage competing priorities and work efficiently under pressure

  • Inquisitive, high energy, and persistent

  • Strong initiative to stay abreast of changing industry trends

  • Coding experience a plus, comfort with new technology a must

  • Multiple spoken/written languages are a plus
