Job Description

We’re looking for results-driven Relationship Managers with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. Responsibilities include:

  1. Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  2. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  3. Reach out to prospects through cold calling
  4. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  5. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  6. Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  7. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.


  1. The most important and indispensable skill in this role is your ability to meet set targets by converting prospects to customers.
  2. Proven work experience as a Relationship Manager along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
  3. Excellent knowledge of basic office tools such as Google Sheet, Google Form, Microsoft Team etc.
  4. Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
  5. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs
  6. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
