Job Description

Are looking to join an awesome team where work is fun and the future is very bright?  Do you love to create smiles on the faces of others?  Are you good at solving problems?

We want to talk to you.

The Best Places to Work team at Quantum Workplace is looking to add a Customer Success Coordinator to the team.  We work with organizations all over the United States to identify and celebrate the most awesome workplaces in the country.  Your role will be to support and encourage the key people at these organizations through the process of collecting employee survey responses.  Most of your time will be spent serving these customers over the phone, through our chat line and email.  You will problem solve, educate and sometimes “hold their hand” through the process when they need it.

Here’s the details of the job.  You will work a full-time, 40 hour a week schedule in our casual and, dare we say, awesome workplace.  Compensation for this position will include base wage of $12-14/hour plus the potential for a quarterly bonus.  You will also be eligible for our benefits including an option for health insurance that is FREE to you (the premiums are fully paid for by the company).  There’s also a 401k match and a bunch of other cool stuff.  All that, plus you get to work with great people while you learn and grow every day.

Qualifications

  • Speed is your middle name (you work fast, learn fast, and like a fast paced environment).
  • Self-starter with strong desire to dig in and learn something new
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
  • You have a great sense of humor
  • Technology is your friend.  Experience with Excel, HTML and PowerPoint would be awesome.
