Job Description

Senior expert supporting the efforts associated with coordinating and implementing disaster response, recovery, information management and logistics operations; Provides phone and in-person support to users in the areas of E-mail, directories, standard Windows desktop applications, and applications developed under this contract or predecessors. Serves as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting network applications and hardware and software PC and printer problems.

Qualifications

  • Associate Degree Required
  • Three (3) years relevant experience
  • Any one of the following: CompTIA A+, Network+ & Security +Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
  • Ability to travel for extended periods
