Job Description

  • Contributing with skills in the best possible way so that the team can achieve the agreed delivery in a professional manner.
  • Following Quantanite's quality assurance process to ensure the quality of the delivery.
  • Working closely with the team to highlight obstacles that arise in the working process and eliminate them.
  • Highlighting any ambiguities, if they arise in the instruction or in the assignment.
  • Documenting the complete work process and if any changes required, communicate them with team members and line manager.
  • Contributing and assisting with work process and assignment target improvements.
  • Flagging issues to line managers for lack of skills and/or resources to achieve delivery quality in accordance with defined criteria.

Qualifications

Qualification, Skills and Other Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in English (verbal and written)
  • Experienced in the Night shift environment and timing will be preferred.
  • Students / Graduate in any discipline (Accounting/Finance preferred).
  • (Must have) Sound knowledge on basic computer applications (MS office, google sheet, google doc, drive, meet etc)
  • (Must be) Committed for at least a year with the company.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Contributing and assisting with work process and assignment target improvements.
  • Working experience in an international call center will be considered.
  • Quick learner.

Personal Laptop:

It is preferred that you have your own personal laptop which you can use for office purposes (this is generally needed if/when you have to work from home in future). The requirement of the device is mentioned below:

  • Should be a laptop (no desktop).
  • Core i5 processor (Core i3 is fine if you have an SSD).
  • 8 GB RAM.
  • All aspects of the device should be properly functional.
  • Should have 10 MBPS internet connection (it is a must in case of working from home).
