Job Responsibilities:

• Communicating with clients and understanding the instructions properly and completing the tasks accordingly

• Solving invoicing issues from the customers and reply to them via email.

• Emailing internal personnel to find and solve any invoice related issues.

• Need to work on online accounting software.

• Bookkeeping related tasks (Create Invoice, Issue Credit Memo, Cash Allocation, Bank Reconciliation etc.)

• Communicate with Manager and Team Leader to ensure the quality and quantity of the deliverables

What we are looking for:

• Completion of ACCA Part one is mandatory

• 6 months of working experience in the field of Accounting will get preference (freshers are also encouraged to apply)

• Excellent speaking, listening, reading and typing skills in English

• Very good knowledge/skill on computer

• Must be flexible to cope up with changes in the working hours and days

• Smart and Communicative

• Can work under pressure

Number of vacancy: 1

Starting Salary: 16,000 BDT to 22,000 BDT (Range) per month

Working Hours: Evening shift (8pm to 4pm)

Please Note: Working days: 5-6 days per week. Candidates will be expected to be flexible enough to cope up with changes in the working hours and days
