Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior CRM Manager (m/f/x) to lead our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) efforts. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive customer engagement across the full B2B lifecycle, with a key focus on driving highly targeted, automated campaigns. 

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Develop and implement CRM strategies and roadmaps to achieve business objectives related to customer engagement, retention and revenue growth.

  • Lead the development and execution of targeted email marketing campaigns, SMS communications and other CRM initiatives to drive customer acquisition and retention.

  • Utilise customer data and segmentation techniques to personalise communications, enhance customer experience and optimise campaign effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with other B2B marketing functions (content & design), sales, customer success and product teams to integrate CRM initiatives into overall marketing and business strategies.

  • Manage CRM systems and tools, including configuration, customisation and integration with other platforms as needed.

  • Monitor key CRM metrics and KPIs, analyse performance data and provide actionable insights to optimise campaign performance and ROI.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in CRM and marketing automation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.

  • 6+ years of experience in CRM management or related roles, with demonstrated expertise in developing and executing CRM and marketing automation strategies.

  • Deep understanding of CRM principles and best practices. Experience with A/B testing, segmentation and personalisation techniques to optimise campaign performance.

  • Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools. Hubspot experience preferred.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.

  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and optimisation.

  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Start-up mentality and ability to be hands-on when needed and ‘getting things done’ attitude

  • Fluent English is mandatory, knowledge of German or any additional language is very welcome
