The Accounts Receivable Specialist (m/f/x) is tasked with managing the accounts receivable (A/R) cycle. It includes cash application to outstanding A/R, handling A/R request, triggering automated collection, and preparation of A/R reports.

The contract will be limited to 1 year

Responsibilities and duties: 

• Cash application to outstanding A/R utilising our cash application software

• Handling A/R requests together with the customer success department

• Continuous improvement and development of A/R processes

• Implementation of additional payment methods when necessary

• Handling encashment processes together with debt collection agencies

• Being a contact person for the payment service providers (e.g. direct debit)

• Preparing monthly A/R reports to the finance and management team

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or similar

• Understanding of A/R processes (assessed by exam tools)

• More than one year of experience in A/R processes

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills

• Fluent in English, nice-to-have proficiency in German, additional language skills are a plus (Italian, Dutch, Finnish, Turkish)

• Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various stakeholders
