Job Description

We are looking for a Head of B2B Marketing  to lead the development and implementation of marketing and branding strategies for our B2B products and services across different markets.

You will mentor and guide the B2B Marketing Team and ensure the effective and efficient execution of the B2B Marketing strategy and plan. 

The ideal candidate for this role has extensive B2B marketing experience, comprehensive knowledge of all marketing channels, and combines both analytical and creative skills

  • Lead the development of an effective and efficient marketing strategy to promote our new and existing saas products

  • Oversee the conception, development, and implementation of marketing plan and strategies focusing on growing our B2B merchant base

  • Be a strong project manager for all the main in house and outsourced B2B marketing initiatives (including our B2b website)

  • Partner with other departments to uncover insights, understand the offerings and target the right audience

  • Monitor key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools and translate results into actionable insights (market research, forecasts, competitive analysis, campaign results, consumer trends, user acquisition, lead generation, customer retention …)

  • Identify short-term and long-term scheduling, budget, and resource needs

  • Manage the B2B Marketing department and encourage them to deliver solutions that make a difference.

Qualifications

  • Senior professional with several years experience in B2B Marketing (preferably in a Saas company and/or in a digital marketplace)

  • Strong knowledge of all marketing channels with particular focus on Inbound marketing and lead generation techniques (MQLs/SQLs to conversion)

  • Experience in working with internationally distributed sales teams and to support them with sales enablement marketing activities

  • Good knowledge of CRM strategies and best practices applied to B2B customers

  • Project/product management skills and experience

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

  • Experience leading and mentoring teams
