Job Description

As a Customer Retention Manager at Quandoo, your will participate in increasing the customer retention, engagement, monetization via our email and app marketing channels focusing on our B2B and B2C customers by:

  • Devise and execute marketing automation flows to nurture B2B leads and convert them into subscribers of our business digital products aimed at restaurant owners and managers

  • Reduce churn rate on B2B customers by planning and executing CRM campaigns with the help of a small team and implementing an effective user segmentation/clustering strategy 

  • Planning and executing relevant direct marketing campaigns for special offers via push notifications, in-app messages and email for our international B2C customer base

  • Coordinating all campaign-related activities with the responsible stakeholders, e.g. planning, content creation, data etc.

  • Managing and optimising existing automated campaigns as well as creating new ones.

  • Identifying audiences and target groups to deliver the most relevant content to in order to engage, retain and maximize customer lifetime value.

  • A/B Testing and optimizing all campaigns.

  • Working with the rest of the CRM team and marketing team (User acquisition, Content marketing, Growth marketing) to define a multi-channel communication strategy for all customers and to improve and synchronize the customer journey and satisfaction

Qualifications

  • University degree in business, marketing, communications or similar qualification
  • At least 4 years of experience in CRM, including a proven experience in managing campaigns for B2B customers (a plus if you also have experience in mobile push and in-app notifications on the B2C side)

  • You have used campaign management and analytics tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, Leanplum Localytics, Mixpanel, Adjust, Google Analytics, Tableau or similar

  • Understanding of retention metrics and KPIs 

  • You have an understanding/basic knowledge of HTML and CSS and can use SQL

  • You have analysed customer data, built segments and created engagement programs

  • You are result driven, communicative personality with attention to detail and strong analytical skills

  • You are familiar with loyalty and retention programs

  • Quality, accuracy and attention to detail are critical

  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, effectively and appropriately with colleagues at all levels

  • You are familiar with Agile methodologies and work environment and can work with multiple agile teams focused on different initiatives at the same time

  • You are proactive, enthusiastic and like to create things,

  • You can manage projects, people and work on strategies but at the same time you are willing and happy to be ‘hands on’ and execute directly those projects and strategies

  • You are a ‘people person’ able to empathise with other marketing team members, with colleagues working in other teams

  • Ability to coach and develop your team (you should have managed at least one resource in your career)

  • Fluent English is mandatory, knowledge of German or any additional language is very welcome
