We are seeking for:

Enthusiastic & passionate On-boarding Specialist to join our Singapore team where you will be providing exceptional customer experience to our newly acquired Partners. 

Job Description

Role responsibilities:

  • On-boarding of new Partners to the Quandoo network within set turn-around times 
  • Initial accounts management for a new Partners within their first 3 month with Quandoo
  • Acquisition Support, Contract pipeline & Operational Management 
  • General training and support to Partners in relation to their accounts and services across multiple platforms 
  • Widget implementation on multiple platforms 
  • All invoice & billing enquiries including debt reduction
  • Ensure all account activity is flagged and correctly managed through our Global CRM System 

The successful candidate should have:

  • Background in providing exceptional customer experience, preferably within the hospitality sector 
  • Outstanding communication skills with previous experience in building strong customer relations
  • Must speak fluent or native Mandarin 
  • Exceptional in problem solving and objective handling 
  • The ability to work autonomously and be self disciplined
  • An analytical and structured daily operational style 
  • Understands the importance of ‘Teamwork’
