What you’ll do:

As a member of the Market Catalog cross-functional team, you will be on the mission of making every restaurant in the world visible and known to Quandoo and predicting how important it will be for our Diners. We are building a machine using both JVM languages and Python scripts, which will interface with many APIs, crawlers, Kafka streams and even Salesforce. Your main focus will be

• Building and optimizing Market Catalog data pipeline

• Integrating Market Catalog with BI, Salesforce and various Machine Learning solutions

• Monitoring of data quality

What will help you succeed in this role:

• Confidence in Python and JVM-based languages

• Prior hands-on with BigQuery and Kafka, Salesforce API

• Experience in designing ingestion and transformation pipelines

• Past experience with cloud technologies (preferably GCP)

• Desire to collaborate and build a great product

• Enthusiasm and humility

• Desire to help people make data-driven decisions

• Familiarity with tools like Airflow and Gitlab CI/CD

• Advanced level of English
