Our team is currently seeking a Scrum Master to help lead Agile oriented development efforts serving a cross-functional team, working closely with Product, Engineering and other cross-functional business functions present in the teams. While guiding the team on how to leverage Agile/Scrum best practices and values, the role should be able to handle cross-functional communication, software technical project management, requirements traceability, defect tracking. The role must be responsive, flexible and able to succeed within an open collaborative multi-cultural environment.

As Scrum Master you will: 

• Strongly serve your cross-functional team using Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.

• Partner, support, and coach the Product Owner and Engineering Lead to achieve continuous improvement of the team.

• Guide the team on self-organizing to fully achieve the potential of Agile/Scrum frameworks. 

• Lead the Scrum teams on removing impediments and successfully handling dependencies with other teams.

• Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving. 

• Provide all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example.

• Help teams constantly improve their processes, tools and interactions by proactively suggesting changes and introducing new techniques.

• Be present for the team and gain context from daily interactions to be able to customise processes that best suit the team needs.

• 4+ years of experience with agile methodologies and processes, in the role of a Scrum Master.

• Excellent communication and mentoring skills in English.

• Good skills and knowledge of problem-solving, situational awareness, conflict resolution, and continual improvement.

• Good presentation and facilitation skills. 

• Ability to adapt to a changing environment

• Self-motivation and the ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction

• Experience with configuring and optimizing backlog management software like Azure DevOps or Jira 

• Prior experience as a Scrum Master working with business functions such as Marketing, SEM, SEO, etc.

Nice to have: 

• You have hands-on experience in programming, Product ownership, QA, etc. 

• Scrum Master certification(s) 

• Prior experience as a Scrum Master working with business functions such as Marketing etc.
