- FLUENCY IN ENGLISH AND DUTCH IS ESSENTIAL
- Uploading new and maintaining existing accounts to the Quandoo system
- Helping to manage the Quandoo Reservation system
- Working alongside the Sales, Partner Management and Fiance department
- Creating reports as required- SalesForce CRM (SalesForce training provided)
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis and provide the best customer service to customers via email and over the phone
- Accurately represent Quandoo’s business services from a business, operational and technical perspective to existing customers
- Keep up with the trends and practices in the industry
Ideally we are looking for someone who is a recent graduate, with a background in a sales support or customer service/facing role who is looking for an opportunity to grow with a leading tech company.
