Job Description

  • Candidate must be located in Hong Kong and able to work full time in Hong Kong

This is a challenging role with lots of variety in this people oriented company where you will play a leading role in helping them to grow our presence in the Hong Kong marketplace and maintain our competitive advantage.

Duties and functions

    • Product optimisation of restaurant partners to increase conversations through Quandoo 
    • Onsite and remote product implementation and training for Quandoo Reservation Management System
    • Building and nurturing relationships with restaurant partners
    • Provide technical and troubleshooting support to restaurant partners
    • Upselling of Quandoo products 
    • Maintain partner retention and reduce churn
    • Assist the billing team with the collection of payment

    To be successful for this role:

    • Minimum 2 years of account management experience (in F&B or hospitality industry a major plus)
    • Team player
    • You can work independently and under tight deadlines, define priorities, and respond quickly when faced with new and complex tasks
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Fluent in English and Cantonese (any additional languages a major plus)
    • Computer literate
