Job Description
You will be in charge of the maintenance, installation, and configuration of cloud-based products and services, software and hardware
You will contribute to building and supporting a nice working environment for our employees (Desktop support and Office Infrastructure)
You will manage inventory of equipment like laptops, mobile phones, tablets and accessories in an asset management system for internal and external use
You will implement, develop, and provide high-level IT Security in our environment
You will provide tutorials for software, services, and internal policies in a knowledge base
You will conduct IT Onboarding and offboarding of employees
(Account creation, preparation of mobile phones, tablets, and laptops)You will influence the way of our transformation to a corporate environment
Qualifications
You have at least a Bachelor of Science or training in a similar field
You have 5+ years of work experience in the IT field
You speak English fluently
You have knowledge of various operating systems (Windows, macOS, Android and iOs)
You have a hands-on mentality and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced changing environment
You have experience in administering G-Suite (Gmail, Hangouts, Drive, Calendar and Admin Console)
Must have
Extended Knowledge of implementing and managing Azure Active-Directory, SSO and user management
Nice to have (PLUS):
Network knowhow in Firewall management, LAN, WiFi, and printers
Scripting automation knowledge would be a plus
Knowledge of Microsoft Intune and JAMF Pro or other MDM solutions would be desirable
