Job Description

  • Collaborate with product owners, UX researchers, business intelligence and restaurant partner managers to contribute to strategic initiatives based on user needs
  • Have an understanding of Quandoo's business goals and be able to prioritise initiatives accordingly, alongside your relevant product owner and design lead
  • Leverage both quantitative and qualitative insights in an iterative design process
  • Prepare wireframes, user flows and sitemaps to effectively communicate complex flows and user interaction
  • Produce development-ready design deliverables for responsive web and native apps
  • Validate solutions by collaborating with UX researchers to define hypotheses and participate in usability tests
  • Collaborate with your product team to validate the success of solutions post-launch
  • Have experience using a design system to create consistent designs and new patterns when necessary
  • Contribute to a cross-functional and inclusive culture by giving and receiving feedback in design reviews

Qualifications

  • 3+ years designing digital products
  • A strong focus on user-centric analytical thinking and problem solving
  • Excellent communication skills (in English) and the ability to clearly articulate and defend design decisions
  • Ability to give and receive feedback in a constructive and focused manner
  • Experience in taking abstract and complicated problems and forming well-defined hypotheses and impactful solutions
  • An understanding of technical requirements or constraints and how to craft solutions accordingly
  • Experience in using design and prototyping tools, such as Figma, to create deliverables for web and mobile applications
  • An online portfolio or PDF case studies that clearly showcase the design process from conception to solution
  • A team player who's eager to learn and never afraid to ask for help
