As part of our ambitious growth plans in the UK we are hiring looking to hire a number of talented Business Development Manager's across the country to help us identify new business to bring on board to the Quandoo system and own the amazing restaurant marketplace.
The ideal candidate will have the perfect recipe of experience in a field sales role, strong B2B relationship-building skills, have a hunger to close sales, and most importantly an ambitious drive to be the best. As an Inside Sales Specialist in our Birmingham Office, you’ll be an advocate for the Quandoo brand. Working towards monthly sales targets, you will have a motivation and determination for selling to a list of hot, warm, and untouched leads from all over the UK via phone.
When you call our future partners, you’ll need to gain their trust by asking the right questions and find what they’re looking for. By building rapport, you’ll use your knowledge of our latest products and packages to help owners make the right choice for their restaurants.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a target driven environment. That being said, it’s not essential, as we believe in order to succeed in this role you need three key things, a hardworking nature, a great attitude and a positive mind-set to reach your goals.

High energy target driven position reporting to the Global Head of Telesales with assistance from the wider UK Team and other key Quandoorians
Responsible for high acquisitions from; stand alone, major chains, and multiple restaurant groups across the UK and Ireland
Customer focused, you’ll thrive on making meaningful connections and building exceptional partnerships
Develop a clear understanding of the business challenges and develop solutions to support customer growth strategies in predefined areas
Able to orchestrate the development of high quality proposals, tenders and bids when pitching to clients
Liaise and influence multiple key decision stakeholders when closing deals
Work in conjunction with Partner Managers and external agencies for developing, winning and retaining new business
