Job Description

Quandoo is looking for a Senior UX Designer to participate in the process of understanding our customers. As a UX designer, you will be responsible for defining smart, elegant solutions that meet user needs and therefore participate in achieving business results.  

Your responsibility:

  • Work closely and collaboratively with PO(s) to translate user cases into user flows
  • Create story boards to explain user flow steps
  • Build wireframes, prototypes and documentation that clearly articulates site/application structure and organization
  • Actively mentor, motivate, and empower UX designers
  • Define user flow metrics
  • Assess and optimize the performance of new and existing features by actively participating in user research and assessing performance metrics
  • Analyze metrics to improve user flow with the ultimate goal of improving user satisfaction
  • Analyze the current status quo to identify weak spots in our applications
  • Develop an UX roadmap with the goal of continually improving user satisfaction
  • Maintain awareness of evolving UX standards and best practices while continually seeking to innovate and revolutionize processes

Qualifications

Your Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience as an Information Architect, UX Specialist/Designer, Interaction Designer, or any other role which involves strategizing and architecting user experience design for high-traffic, dynamic digital properties.
  • Strong knowledge of user-centered design and HCI principles as applied to current Web and App technologies.
  • Exceptional analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Strong written communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to closely collaborate as a part of a team comprised of business, creative and technical types
  • Ability to articulate and present ideas based on sound user experience and interaction design principles
