The company is heavily investing in partnerships and business development which will drive traffic to the restaurants in our network. We are targeting prospect publishers in the following industries/sectors: media, travel, entertainment, hotel concierges, social media, banks / Fintech and we are also pursuing other strategic partnership opportunities on a global basis.

Job Description

In order to grow the traffic, transactions and ultimately revenue for the company, we are looking to hire a talented Business Development & Partnerships Manager who will be working closely to the VP Business Development to identify new opportunities in the German market and globally as well as growing existing commercial relationships and build a top-notch publishers program in the hospitality industry.

You will receive full support and a first class induction and training. There is also a great opportunity for career development in this young, successful, fast-paced business. 

  • Generating your own leads from a number of sources (i.e. internet, networking, referrals, trade fairs etc)

  • Booking and attending meetings with potential new publishers as well as existing ones

  • Building rapport with the decision makers and presenting the Quandoo solution to publishers 

  • Negotiating and closing deals

  • Updating pipeline in Salesforce regularly

  • Working closely with our HQ product and technical teams for the technical integration (widget, API etc)

  • Working closely with the publishers to optimise the partnership's performance

  • Analysis of partnerships KPIs (using BI tools)

  • Reporting (internal and external)

Qualifications

  • Experience in digital advertising, traffic monetisation solutions and publishers
  • At least 2-3 years experience in a fast-paced, target driven sales role

  • Understanding publishers technical integrations (API, widgets etc)

  • The ability to consistently hit targets, handle the challenges and pressures of a target driven role

  • Proven track record of achieving revenue based and new business targets 

  • Ability to work well on an individual basis - a real self-motivated seller

  • A passion for either tech or the restaurant and hospitality industry

  • A positive mindset and an enthusiastic outlook

  • Fluent in English and German
