Job Description

  • Maintenance, installation, and configuration of cloud-based products and services, software and hardware
  • Building and supporting a nice working environment for our employees (Desktop support and Office Infrastructure)
  • Managing inventory of equipment like laptops, mobile phones, tablets and accessories in an asset management system for internal and external use
  • Implementation, development, and provision of high-level IT Security in a corporate environment
  • Provision of tutorials for software, services, and internal policies in a knowledge base
  • IT Onboarding and offboarding of employees (Account creation, preparation of mobile phones, tablets, and laptops) 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science or training in a similar field 
  • Work Experience in the IT field
  • Fluent in English
  • Knowledge of various operating systems (Windows, macOS, Android and iOs) 
  • Hands-on mentality and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced changing environment 
  • Network knowhow in LAN, WiFi, and printers would be nice to have 
  • Experience in administering G-Suite (Gmail, Hangouts, Drive, Calendar and Admin Console) would be a plus 
  • Knowledge of Azure Active-Directory, Microsoft Intune and JAMF Pro or other MDM solutions would be desirable
