Our Product and Tech organizations are growing and we are currently seeking a new Agile Coach to help facilitate Agile oriented development efforts serving cross-functional teams. With a deep toolbox you will be guiding the team(s) on how to leverage Agile/Scrum/Kanban best practices and values. You are a strong cross-functional communicator, proficient in creating high quality effective User Stories, understand how to identify and prioritize what drives value as well as have solid experience of product and software development and the associated activities.Through responsiveness and flexibility you are able to succeed within an open collaborative peer environment. As part of our team, your responsibilties will consist in: 

• Strongly serving the teams via facilitation of agile ceremonies
• Guiding and developping the team on self-organizing to fully realize the potential of Agile frameworks 
• Assessing the Agile Maturity of the team and organizing and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization 
• Building a trusting and safe environment where ideas and concerns can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of continuous improvement. 
• Assisting with communication, improving transparency, bridging perspectives, and radiating information 
• Supporting and partnering with the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog. 
• Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, adapting the leadership when needed, and leading by example

• At least 5 years experience with agile methodologies and techniques in supportive/coaching roles 
• Solid toolbox and proven track record working with continuous improvements, empowerment, transparency and building strong collaborative relationships
• You have worked with multiple teams and brought different approaches leading to more effectiveness
• Presenting effectively to technical, non-technical and executive audiences 
• You are passionate, proactive, thorough and effective in helping others
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills 
• Nice to have: Applicable certifications (e.g. ScrumMaster and Product Owner)
