We're looking for a freelance Operations Assistant to help make our premium reservation management system even more shiny and impressive. Become part of our small team of designers serving 11 countries around the globe and more than 100 new premium partners every month. Your Responsibilities:

• You will support us in creating, designing and optimising table plans for our clients
• You are the direct point of contact for partner managers if they need support as they train users of our premium product
• You freely coordinate tasks with the other table plan designers based on workload and case backlog

• Secure handling of standard tools like MS Office and Google Mail
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop is a must
• You are capable of working independently
• You are fluent in English (the language of all internal case communication), every other language is a plus
• We work with the CRM system, Salesforce. If you know it, great. If not, we will train you 
• Available to work for 15 - 20 hours per week either as a working student or a freelancer.
