Responsibilities:

• Drive and create solution architecture for software projects in close cooperation with multiple engineering teams, business and management stakeholders.

• Responsibility for the software architecture including basic functional and non-functional requirements and framework conditions (scalability, security, performance, maintainability of software, releases & operating systems)

• Analysis of the business and technical requirements for software, platforms and infrastructure

• Design of the architecture of product components and their documentation

• Defining and securing the use of standards in terms of technology, architecture, programming and design

• Deep dive into architecture relevant hard technical and non-technical challenges; drive relevant architecture decisions, balance trade-offs and contribute to risk mitigation.

• Provide architecture consultancy for the engineering group; foster architecture adoption and experience sharing via peer reviews, coaching, presentations, and tech talks.

• Coaching and mentoring other team members in software engineering aspects

• 4+ years of professional hands-on experience as senior, lead engineer, or architect in complex development projects

• 2+ years experience in working with senior stakeholders to collect business requirements and turn them into technical designs.

• You are an expert in at least 2 mainstream programming languages (Java, Scala, Python, node.js etc) and have an experience in full stack development.

• You are capable to design a highly distributed systems and know the benefits of  scalable and resilient microservice landscape.

• You are a highly motivated team player, and an expert in managing conflicts and priorities with both teams and stakeholders .

• You take responsibility for your tasks, and work in an independent and structured manner.
