Job Description

As a Loyalty program manager at Quandoo, your will participate in increasing the customer retention, satisfaction and engagement by:

  • Receiving full onboarding and understanding about how the Quandoo Loyalty program works
  • Managing the loyalty program execution by following a defined process
  • Replying to and resolving customer queries about the Loyalty Program via email and Salesforce(no calls)
  • Gaining valuable knowledge in the field of customer retention and supporting the CRM team

Qualifications

You bring with you the following skill:

  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Experience in working with content management systems, Salesforce or similar is a plus
  • You are result driven, communicative personality with attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Quality, Accuracy and Attention to details are critical
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, effectively and appropriately with colleagues at all levels
  • You are proactive, enthusiastic and like to create things
  • Fluent English is mandatory, knowledge of German or any additional language is very welcome
