Quandoo is looking for a  CRM Manager (App) to conceptualize and implement direct marketing campaigns and therefore increase the usability of Quandoo’s Apps.

Job Description

As a CRM Manager at Quandoo, your will participate in increasing the customer retention, engagement, monetization via our email and app marketing channels by:

  • Planning and executing relevant direct marketing campaigns for special offers via push notifications, in-app messages and email.
  • Coordinating all campaign-related activities with the responsible stakeholders, e.g. planning, content creation, data etc.
  • Managing and optimising existing automated campaigns as well as creating new ones.
  • Identifying audiences and target groups to deliver the most relevant content to in order to engage, retain and maximize customer lifetime value.
  • A/B Testing and optimizing all campaigns.
  • Working with the rest of the CRM team to define a multi-channel communication strategy for all customers.
  • Working together with the Product and Acquisition Marketing teams to improve and synchronize the customer journey and satisfaction

Qualifications

You bring with you the following skill:

  • University degree in business, marketing, communications or similar qualification
  • 2 years of experience in CRM, including a proven experience in managing campaigns through mobile push and in-app notifications.
  • You have used campaign management and analytics tools like Localytics, Mixpanel, Adjust, Google Analytics, Tableau or similar
  • Understanding of retention metrics and KPIs
  • You can code with HTML and CSS and can use SQL
  • You have analysed customer data, built segments and created engagement programs
  • You are result driven, communicative personality with attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • You are familiar with loyalty and retention programs
  • Quality, accuracy and attention to detail are critical
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, effectively and appropriately with colleagues at all levels
  • You are proactive, enthusiastic and like to create things
  • Fluent English is mandatory, knowledge of German or any additional language is very welcome
