Job Description

We are looking for a User Acquisition Manager to support the B2C and B2B acquisition on our markets thanks to multi-channel digital campaigns.

Your tasks:

  • Help plan and implement our B2C and B2B acquisition strategy on our paid media channels (SEA, Display, Paid Social)

  • Manage and set up acquisition and retargeting campaigns on several platforms (Google Ads, Linkedin ads, Facebook ads, Search Ads 360 etc.)

  • Work closely with our internal teams (design, content)

  • Monitor, analyze and report on the performance KPIs of our ads, campaigns & audiences

  • Implement testing strategy (new channels, Landing page, A/B tests, path and conversion tests)

Qualifications

  • You are fluent in German and English.

  • You are familiar with Agile methodologies and work environment and can work with multiple agile teams focused on different initiatives at the same time

  • You are a result-driven, communicative personality with attention to detail and strong analytical skills

  • You are a people person able to empathise with other marketing team members, with colleagues working in other teams

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing channels, especially paid channels

  • You have expertise in SEA, Paid Social, Analytics and Tableau (nice to have).

  • You have the ability to collaborate and manage several stakeholders, prioritize and deliver quality work in a short time frame (project management skills)

  • You are creative, innovative, and always think outside the box

  • You focus on customer needs

  • You have experience in managing acquisition campaigns for the DACH market (nice to have)

  • You can start ASAP
