• Preparation and validation of monthly accounts in cooperation with local tax advisors
• Preparation and validation of monthly tax reports in cooperation with local tax advisors
• Exchanging information with the local tax advisers, banks and lawyers
• Accounts receivables/payables management
• Reporting on actual versus budgeted results
• Liquidity planning and management
• Inter-company invoicing
• Making wire transfers (for incoming invoices, salaries, taxes)

• Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance/Controlling/Accounting and closely-related relevant work
• Experience (accounting, controlling, auditing)
• Good knowledge of financial accounting and basic knowledge of international taxation
• Experience with the consolidation of accounts is a big plus
• Fluent in English, German is a plus.
• MS Office, a solid proficiency in Excel is highly beneficial
• Ability to meet simultaneous deadlines under pressure
• Ability and willingness to learn quickly
• Be detail-oriented, independent, well-organized, energetic and flexible
