Job Description

Quandoo is looking for a Head of Product with a strong focus on SaaS and marketplaces for our B2B products.

The role:

  • You will be responsible for the Partner products development (B2B) of Quandoo across multiple platforms.
  • You drive and lead the product strategy while supervising and coaching your team of product owners
  • You will be responsible for the product roadmap and ensure it is aligned with business objectives.
  • Together with your Product Owners you translate the product roadmap into vision and goals for the teams.
  • You will organize and be responsible for projects and product development and ultimately define KPIs.
  • You use research both quantitative and qualitative to understand and prioritise new product improvements.
  • You will report directly to the Chief Product Officer

Qualifications

For this position we would love to work with someone possessing the following qualities: 

  • You have a minimum 5 years of experience in a product ownership role with a focus on SaaS or marketplace business (B2B and B2C)
  • You have at least 2 years of experience managing and coaching a team of product owners
  • Experience with leading a product department (setting the vision,KPIs/OKRs, ideation and implementation process, alignment with business goals)
  • You are data-driven and understand the balance between business requirements and technical needs
  • You have experience with stakeholder management (Sales, Partner management, Recruitment, Finance) and you can manage competing priorities to build a cohesive product for the end consumer
  • You are able to provide strong leadership of the product development from a business perspective
  • You are fluent in English
  • You have experience in creating a data-driven development environment for the product

Bonus profile:

  • You ideally have a deep understanding of the start-up dynamic
  • Hands-on experience in the restaurant industry (as staff, manager, owner) a strong plus
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a relevant discipline a plus
