Quandoo is looking for a Visual Designer/Mid-Senior Graphic Designer. The ideal candidate should be competent across all digital trends, enjoy working in a fast paced environment, and comfortable working across a number of varied tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the conceptual development and delivery of visual design

• Responsible for the design and production of marketing material for our B2B products

• Collaborate with our web-development team in the creation of Web based projects (landing pages, e-mail design among others)

• Ensure the usability, consistency, brand relevance, and functionality of the finished project

• Manage, prioritize and successfully execute multiple simultaneous projects with tight deadlines

• Remain current on design software and product design trends

• Critique and improve the work of your peers and incorporate their critique into your own designs

In order to delight customers through usable design and collaboratively solve business and interaction challenges you will bring the following qualities to the table:          

• BS or BA in graphic design, visual communications or like field

• 3-5 years of experience in a product company or agency environment

• Ability to present concepts and justify design decisions

• Ability to prioritize and manage work, adhering to project timelines

• Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, Invision and Zeplin experience

• Online portfolio demonstrating design ability

• Must be open to design critique

• Strong attention to detail and adaptable/strong work ethic

• Exceptional analytical and creative problem-solving skills

• Ability to closely collaborate as a part of a team comprised of business, creative and technical types

• Fluent english mandatory, any other language is welcome
