You love to conduct user and market research:

• You will recruit B2B users from SaaS Software and run surveys, interviews and live testing sessions (ideally from the hospitality industry) with them, to understand their needs

• You translate their needs and experience into tangible action item to improve our B2B Products

• You check our web and mobile statistics to define the user flows and how to improve them

• You regularly run competitor analysis to compare their product updates to ours

• You interact with our Sales, Partner Managers, and different business stakeholders to understand where they envision our products strategy.

You want to help us transform our product offering:

• You create the best possible user experience based on insights by providing concepts, wireframes, prototypes and low to high-fidelity designs

• You collaborate with in house UX/UI design, sales and partner management to edit prototypes that answer to the problematic of our users

• You test those solutions with identified users to see if it answers their needs, and iterate if needed

• You inspire, push creativity, challenge established thinking, and identify industry best practices for user experience

• You ensure that the quality of implementation meets design requirements

• You have an extensive experience (4 + years of experience) in designing and shipping B2B products (web and mobile)

• You have a portfolio demonstrating user-centered design approach, problem solving skills and attention to detail

• You have proven experiences in translating user insights and business needs into business opportunities which can be executed in small steps,

• You can independently prioritize them according to business value and impact;

• You are data driven, customer focused, proactive, creative and innovative;

• At a minimum BA in UX-related field (Human-computer interaction, Human factors, Behavioral research, Graphic Design) or equivalent practical experience

Strong plus:

• Experience working in a scrum team is a plus

• Experience with designing two-sided marketplace products is a strong plus

• Comfort in a face-paced, entrepreneurial, start-up environment
