• international recruitment of specialists and executives across all fields, with a strong focus on online and mobile marketing
• management of the entire recruitment process from screening to onboarding, working closely with the senior management team
• employer branding by advertising the company during the interviews, and organizing meetups, conferences, etc.
• providing HR advice to employees and managers

• degree in psychology, economy or business administration with a focus on human resources
• relevant experience in marketing or IT recruitment, preferably with an agency background
• you like to work autonomously and have great skills in communication and in a multicultural environment
• you have the passion for employer branding and like to create employees’ engagement
• you have experience organizing Meetups, conferences, workshop, etc.
• excellent english skills are mandatory, any other language is a plus
