We are looking for an IT-Support Intern. As a team member of the internal IT team you will participate in the day-to-day business providing first and second level support on site and remote in our Berlin Office.

Your Responsibilities

• Maintenance, installation and configuration of cloud-based products and services, software and hardware

• Building and supporting a nice working environment for our employees (Desktop support and Office Infrastructure)

• Managing inventory of equipment like laptops, mobile phones, tablets and accessories in an asset management system

• Implementation, development and provision of high level IT Security in a corporate environment

• Provision of tutorials for software, services and internal policies in a knowledge base

• Organizing storage space of devices and equipment

Your Qualifications

• Experience in providing desktop and/or remote support

• Basic knowledge in networking with LAN, Wi-Fi and NAS etc

• Good communication and listening skills in both English and German is a must

• Excellent knowledge in various operating systems(Windows, macOS, Android and iOs)

• Administration know-how in G-Suite is a big requirement

• Ability to make decisions quickly and work effectively in a fast paced changing environment

• Desirable previous knowledge of Azure Active-Directory would be a plus

• Knowledge of multimedia equipment to provide support for meetings and events is a bonus
