Job Description
We are looking for an IT-Support Intern. As a team member of the internal IT team you will participate in the day-to-day business providing first and second level support on site and remote in our Berlin Office.
Your Responsibilities
Maintenance, installation and configuration of cloud-based products and services, software and hardware
Building and supporting a nice working environment for our employees (Desktop support and Office Infrastructure)
Managing inventory of equipment like laptops, mobile phones, tablets and accessories in an asset management system
Implementation, development and provision of high level IT Security in a corporate environment
Provision of tutorials for software, services and internal policies in a knowledge base
Organizing storage space of devices and equipment
Qualifications
Your Qualifications
Experience in providing desktop and/or remote support
Basic knowledge in networking with LAN, Wi-Fi and NAS etc
Good communication and listening skills in both English and German is a must
Excellent knowledge in various operating systems(Windows, macOS, Android and iOs)
Administration know-how in G-Suite is a big requirement
Ability to make decisions quickly and work effectively in a fast paced changing environment
Desirable previous knowledge of Azure Active-Directory would be a plus
Knowledge of multimedia equipment to provide support for meetings and events is a bonus
