Job Description

As a Junior Email CRM Manager, you will participate in increasing the customer engagement and retention by:

  • Developing a core email strategy together with the CRM team to provide highly personalized and innovative communications
  • Defining and segmenting audiences for targeted behavioral campaigns
  • Planning and executing the newsletter send out
  • Developing and executing test scenarios based on customer experience and behavior to improve the performance of email communication
  • Working together with other relevant marketing channels to improve and test templates and communication through email. 
  • Performing regular analysis and improvements of our campaign performances and country trends
  • Dealing with Loyalty Program and improving customer satisfaction
  • Reporting and optimizing newsletter performances

Qualifications

  • University degree in business, marketing, communications or similar qualification
  • At least 1 years of experience in the field of CRM, with a focus on mobile and/or e-mail marketing
  • You have experience with campaign management tools, like Experian, Analytics or similar,
  • You can code and edit in HTML and CSS
  • You have experience with email service providers, and you are highly focused on email deliverability and key email metrics optimization
  • You are data driven and have strong analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, effectively and appropriately with colleagues at all levels
  • Fluent English is mandatory, knowledge of German or any additional language is very welcome
