We are looking for a designer to help us make the next generation of interfaces for Quandoo products. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.

Responsibilities:

• Design excellent user-centered and responsive web experiences.

• Provide optimized design decisions based on business goals and data findings from the qualitative and quantitative analysis.

• Evolve and maintain UI guidelines and contribute to the inception process of our Design System.

• Critique and improve the work of your peers and incorporate their critique into your own designs.

• Work closely with other UI designers, UX designers, Product Managers and Front-End Engineers.

• Build wireframes and prototypes and iterate based on user insights.

• Participate in User Research studies and conduct usability tests.

What you need to perform in your role:

• Have at least 3 years of experience in UI Design within a B2C Product environment.

• Be familiar with a component-based design such as Atomic design.

• Have experience with responsive design and a good understanding of HTML and CSS.

• Have a strong knowledge of user-centered design and HCI principles as applied to current Web and App technologies.

• Have exceptional analytical and creative problem-solving skills based on data.

• Have strong written communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to closely collaborate as a part of a team comprised of business, creative and technical types.

• Be up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.

• Have experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.

Plus:

• Work experience with booking or e-commerce platforms.

• A portfolio that proves your experience in data-driven design (A/B Testing and UX practices).

• Familiar with working with Google Analytics and VWO (Heatmaps, Recordings).
