Job Description

Your Impact

As FP&A Controller, you will be responsible for delivering financial insights and supporting strategic planning across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, analyze, and continuously improve monthly and quarterly management reporting packages.
  • Perform variance analysis (Actual vs Budget vs Forecast) and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and scenario analysis processes.
  • Deliver financial models and business cases to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
  • Partner closely with business leaders, providing meaningful insights and data-driven recommendations.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools to improve business performance.
  • Analyze revenue, costs, profitability, and key business drivers.
  • Contribute to long-term financial planning and performance optimization initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Sales, and other international stakeholders across the organization.

    Qualifications

    What We're Looking For

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
    • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in FP&A, Controlling, Corporate Finance, or a similar analytical finance role.
    • Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis.
    • Solid understanding of IFRS, HGB, and accounting principles.
    • Advanced Excel skills with a strong affinity for data analytics and financial systems.
    • Experience with SAP, Workday, or other ERP/planning tools is highly desirable.
    • Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to work independently in a remote and international environment.

        🚨 Fluent German and English are essential for this role.

        You will be working closely with international stakeholders and German-speaking business partners. Therefore:

        • German: Fluent level (C1/C2) required
        • English: Fluent level (C1/C2) required
